Anyways, here are my thoughts on this dang Victoria rain... Bleagh! It's cold and wet and it makes it difficult to drive my mom's Corvette. The only thing it's good for (other than making it so I don't have to water the outside plants) is puddle jumping with friends or in the car! Yup, I still puddle jump. As long as I'm not wearing white or my good shoes. As for in the car, I zip along through the Highlands and Prospect Lake Road and drive as fast as I (safely) can through the monstrous puddles that collect up there (in my mom's Jetta, of course).
Want to see some totally awesome pictures? If so, take a look at this website --> [link]
All the photography and what not here is by my friend Bud. He also does voice stuff so make sure to check that out as well
Yeah, so, I'm going to this company xmas party on the 5th of December and we are asked to bring donations for the charity the company is sponsoring. I, the rather lazy and softie person I am, am donating over $300 worth of DVDs and CDs (Purchase value) since it would be a pain to try to sell it all on usedvictoria. That is most definitely my major good deed for the year since I purchased all of it at some point. It's all practically brand new too. The only thing I really see the stuff as is clutter since I never use it anymore anyways.
Kicking butt with projects and whatnot for school as usual. Stress levels running extremely high and this is definitely helping, along with the aforementioned puddle jumping. I have been writing stories and what not like crazy just to get to sleep at night as well as reading the House of Night series. Holy crikey the editor for that series must have been asleep when they did their job bc I have seen a ton of spelling and grammar mistakes of ELEMENTARY level. It's nuts! If that's the standard of editing to make a living then I am gonna be one rich SOB.
Brother's being a turd again. Walked out and has stayed over at a friend's house for a couple of nights. Mom's upset, but I'm not complaining. The general atmosphere at home is so much less tense and depressing when he's not around. It's horrible to say, but it's true. He's two years younger than me and believes he can get away with acting like an untrained puppy mixed with the pretentiousness of a cat (no offence to Fudge). I say just get it over with and actually run away and DON'T come back for the clean underwear your mommy washed for you, you ingrateful, conceited powderpuff!! I mean, seriously, life isn't like that and mom's not going to be your maid forever. Learn how to clean your own clothes and eat some damn veggies already! You call me fat, but you know what, it's all in the boobs, idiot. You have man boobs. Put down the deep fried animal carcass and eat something healthy for once. Seriously, had Dad promised me a PORSCHE if I got straight A's, I would have jumped on that oppertunity from the start! It's been like four years since he said that and you still average a C! And I know you will never see this because you're not creative or resourceful enough to find this site, let alone my user, but w/e. Just break something already so the cops will come and take you away ehehehe
Okay, I think I'm done my little rant.
So, I've been working on a sketch/drawing of Billie Joe from Green Day for about five years (AKA it's been on hiatus so to speak) and I'm not sure what to do with it. I was thinking about using something different than just a pencil, like old eyeliner or something, to finish it. The problem is the not so available time it will take and the stress should I ruin something that took so long. Is it even worth it? I mean, is it something anywone would even want to see? It's not terribly bad, but I'm sure if you've read this far along, then you've probably already seen my other sketch of a real person. It's nothing special. Seriously. I'm almost afraid to post another. Besides, there's no way I'm putting a picture done in eyeliner on my cheapy scanner that was the best I could afford and doesn't print worth a damn (Give me some credit though, it came as a bonus if I got the extended warranty for my Canon camera which I was gonna get anyway).
Kudos to you if you've made it this far! There's still more, I'm afraid...
I've done some editing for people on fanfiction.net, although they call it Beta-ing, at the minimum level and I really enjoy it. I'm thinking I want to do that in the future for actual profit. However, I'm not sure. I'm taking a creative writing program at college and I have four english courses next semester, but I just don't know. I absolutely love reading and writing, and if there's spelling and grammar mistakes I am compelled to correct it almost immediately. How's that for diehard?
w00t! I am finally fully licensed too! got it about a month ago. As I type, it just keeps going downhill (inconsistently) and then will suddenly get better. I'm so lame hehe. I spent like 7 hours on Sunday working on a project for my business class and it is looking pretty dang shnazzy! Just have to finish it up today along with the outline for my english essay and I will be ready for Thursday! Not really in the mood right now, though. I'm thinking about doing a run through the Highlands after hitting up Booster Juice and dropping off my resume at Starbucks. Ahaha I'm applying at STARBUCKS after working in construction for Kami knows how long! This will be interesting, although I'm fully qualified (which is kinda sad). Speaking of Kami, I'm taking Japanese in school because it counts as a Humanity towards my degree and holy crap! One minute I'm totally kicking butt on the written stuff and the next I completely bomb the oral test... I'm a yoyo Japaneser.. meh.
It's rather cold in my room right now (which is a total mess), but I don't want to open the door bc then I have to deal with the stinkin cat meowing over the imaginary monsters in our yard. He's a real turd. I mean, he knows he's not allowed in my room so he challenges me to a stand off by bolting in and glaring at me as if he owns the place. He never wins though, not since I have opposable thumbs and a beanie pillow that lacks about half the beans it should. And before you get the wrong idea, no I do not hit him with it. I merely threw it at him from across the room one time and the sound of the thing terrifies him. Besides, if I tell him to get out he usually listens. He's 10 years old and still more trainable than my brother. Pathetic, isn't it?
Well, I think I should probably spare you anymore nonsense and get my butt in gear. That homework won't finish itself and I'm getting rather cold. It's time to burn some fuel and give the car a mudbath.
